Don't Kill Anything is a simple puzzle game made in 72 hours for Cadega Game Jam in 2020, that took third place. The jam theme was just that, "don't kill anything".

You are a cientist assistant, a little bit clumsy, where your goal is to bring the toxic substance to the quimical stabilizer. But without killing the employees in the way with the toxic cloud left behind.

Gameplay

Funfact: The game theme we chose (toxic, infection) was kind of a premonition, 'cause we made this game before we know anything about the covid-19 virus, and the tragic global pandemic that was comming...

The game mechanic were inspired by the classic Snake, where the snake mustn't hit its tail.
The difference here, is that the "tail" is a permanent toxic trail.

In other words, you build the obstacle as you walk.

The obstacles are not only the trail, but the employees too, 'cause you can't let them touch the trail. Some of them can chase you, so you need to avoid their sights.

Thus, the main skill that the player needs, is to predict the employees' walk, to avoid killing them.
